Know who carries your restaurant team, even on the shifts you miss
Wevree is a mobile app where restaurant staff rate each other anonymously every Round on the Topics the owner picks. The owner sees the average for each person over time. Nobody sees who gave which score.
Why restaurants use coworker ratings
Front of house and back of house work side by side through every rush. The cook knows who keeps the line moving. Servers know who runs food and who disappears. Owners and managers see only part of that. Wevree turns what the team sees into an average the owner can read.
How it works
- The owner sets up a Rating plan and picks the Topics that matter, for example helping others, speed, customer service and cleanliness.
- Each Round, staff rate their coworkers from 1 to 10, alone and anonymously. Nobody can see who gave which score: not coworkers, not managers, not the owner, not Wevree.
- Rule: 4 or more staff, each result needs at least 3 coworker ratings. Until then the app shows "not enough data".
- A manager is one rater among many. Scores can't be edited or deleted, including by the owner.
- Each worker builds WeResume, a work record that belongs to them.
- Wevree does not recommend hiring, firing or raises. The owner decides.

What Wevree does not do
Wevree does not do scheduling, time clocks, payroll or tips, and it does not track cameras, cash or location. Most restaurants run it next to a scheduling tool such as 7shifts or Homebase. See how Wevree compares.
Languages
The app works in English, Spanish and Korean. Each person picks their own language.
From a store using Wevree
At one store using Wevree with about 30 staff, departures went from 2-3 people a month to about 1 every 3 months.
